Obituary of Herbert Lee Proctor

          Herbert Lee Proctor, 68, Harrodsburg, KY, died Saturday, October 20, 2018, at the Ephraim McDowell James B Haggin Memorial Hospital.  Born December 15, 1949, in Mercer County, he was the son of the late Allen and Stella Mae (Russell) Proctor.

Herbert  was an Army veteran and member of the Hopewell Baptist Church. He was a retired employee from Corning Glass.  

          Survivors include: wife: Dona Jeanne Luster Proctor,  two sisters: Shirley Proctor, and Vicky (Gary Combs) Proctor, and one brother: David (Lola) Proctor, all of Harrodsburg, he also has two grandchildren. Hannah Marie Proctor; and  Sheldon Otis;   He is preceded in death by a son, Clifton Lee Allen Proctor, and a brother, James Proctor.

          Funeral services are 1 PM Tuesday, Oct. 23,  at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel, with Bro. James Harley officiating.  Burial with military honors will follow in Spring Hill Cemetery. Visitation 5-8 pm Monday.
