Obituary of Charlie White
Charles D. White, 66, Harrodsburg, KY, husband of Kathy Sutherland, died Thursday, November 1, 2018, at the Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center, Danville. Born March 1, 1952, in Mercer County, he was the son of the late Wallace Donald and Christine (Crawford) White. Charlie was a retired employee of the E. W. Brown Power Plant. Charles also worked for KU-LGE Project Engineering until 2017. His last employment was with the Mercer County Sherriff's Department as a Court Security Officer.
Other survivors include: one daughter: Jennifer (Kevin Schlossberg) White and one son: Matthew (Mary) White; two sisters: Mary Jo Lawson and Margaret Ann (Randy) Grider; Step Son, Chris (Laura) Sparrow; Step Daughter, Tracey Sparrow; Grandchildren, Lyndsey, Draegen & Lucy White; Gabriel,& Song Sweat; Kevin Schlossberg; Sara Bradshaw; Makayla Simpson; Anna & Ethan Sparrow; Step Grandchildren, Emily, Lilly & Noah Shepherd; Great Grandchildren, Camden Adams and Jensyn Bradshaw.
Celebration of Life will be held Sunday; November 11, 2018 from 6-10 pm at the Harrodsburg Lion's Center on Factory Street. Ransdell Funeral Chapel in charge of arrangements.
