Dorothy Perkins, 83, Harrodsburg, KY, wife of Bobby Allen Perkins, died Sunday; November 11 at the The Willows at Harrodsburg, Harrodsburg, KY. Born December 19,1934, in Washington County, she was the daughter of the late Jessie B. and the late Gillie Ann (Sagracy) Tingle. Dorothy was a member of the Mt. Freedom Church and retired as a machine operator for Modine Manufacturing.

          She is survived by: her husband: Bobby Allen Perkins; five daughters: Nancy (Steve) Ransdell, Sharon Britton, Teresa (Terry) Yates and Melinda Moungey of Harrodsburg, and Peggy (Ronnie) Dean of Springfield and, two sisters: Elizabeth Sanders of Springfield and Martha Willard of Bradfordsville, and three brothers: Tommy (Margaret) Tingle of Elizabethtown, Charles (Bonita) Tingle and Richard (Lana) Tingle of Harrodsburg,  twelve grand children, sixteen great  grandchildren. Dorothy was preceded in death by two sons, Gary Allen & Bobby Glen Perkins, a brother: Ray Tingle and two sisters, Martha Nally & Mae Yates.

          Visitation will be from 5-8 pm, Wednesday; November 14 at Ransdell Funeral Chapel,  Harrodsburg, KY.

Pallbearers will be: Brian Sallee, Brent Dean, Will Farthing, Randy Robinson, Tom Gullion, Jason Gaddis, Cory Gullett and Bill Bugg.

          Funeral service will be held 11:00 am Thursday at Ransdell Funeral Chapel by John McDaniel . Burial will follow in the Willisburg Cemetery, Willisburg.
