Obituary of Margarette Beasley Eads

          Margarette Beasley Eads, 92, Salvisa, widow of Phillip Wayne Eads, died Thursday, May 9, 2019 at the Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center, Danville. Born November 5, 1926, in Harrodsburg, she was the daughter of the late Esco and Delta Stratton Beasley.

          She did Music Ministry with her husband, Phillip and was a reading tutor for Harrison Elementary School for years. She was also a member of Salvisa Baptist Church.

          Margarette is survived by: Nephew: Rodney Harlow of Salvisa; Cousin, Jackie Sims. Margarette was preceded in death by her Sister, Jean (Delbert "Peanut") Harlow.

          Visitation will be Sunday, May 12 from 5 - 8 PM at Salvisa Baptist Church.

Pallbearers will be: Rodney Harlow, John Sims, John Thomas Sims, Michael Watts, Hunter Shewmaker and Michael Medley. Honorary Bearers: Jeremy Sims and Marshall Gritton.

          Funeral service will be held Monday, May 13, at 1:00pm at Salvisa Baptist Church by James Hensley, Larry Koch and Jonathan Jones. Burial will follow in the Kirkwood Cemetery, Salvisa.

          The family request memorial donations be sent to Gideons International, P.O. Box 176, Harrodsburg, KY 40330.
