BOBBY LEWIS STRATTON Bobby Lewis Stratton, age 62, of 1593 Cummins Ferry Rd., Salvisa died Saturday, September 4, 2004 at his home. Born January 4, 1942 at Harrodsburg, KY, he was the son of the late Willie Preston and Eva (Currens) Stratton. He was a farmer, a member of the Mayo Rook Club and the Ebenezer Church of Christ. Survivors include his wife: Beverely Jane (Dean) Stratton, two daughters: Timi Bell. and Angi Patton both of Mercer County; six sisters, Mae Robinson and Frances Ellis, both of of Denham Springs, LA, Rebecca Clem, Salvisa, Kathleen Bowen, Harrodsburg, Lavenia Brammer, Danville, and Jeanette Sullivan, Monroe, GA; three brothers, Arnett Stratton, Lexington, Lyle Stratton, Bowling Green, and Sherman Stratton, Powder Springs, GA; three grandson, Justin Bell, Clay Bell, and Levi Patton; and one great grandson, Jonah Petitjean. He was preceeded in death by a sister, Gertrude Hill and a brother, William Kenneth Stratton Funeral service will be 11:00 am Tuesday, September 7th at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel, by John Kesel and Terry Morrison. Burial will be in Ebenezer Church Cemetery in Salvisa. Pallbearers are: Will Stratton, Ashley Stratton, Cody Stratton, Craig Stratton, Ken Stratton, Jeff Wayne, Wayne Bowen, Randy Orwig, Clark Sullivan, Greg Redman. Honorary bearers are: members of the Mayo Rook Club. Visitation will be after 5:00 pm Monday and after 7:30 am Tuesday at the Chapel. Memorial contributions are suggested to Heritage Hospice, P.O. Box 1213, Danville, KY 40422 or to the Ebenezer Cemetery Fund.
