William "Bill" Packard, 84, Salvisa, KY, husband of Linda Bugg Packard, died Sunday at the Danville Centre for Health. Bill was born November 10,1934, in Greenville, PA, he was the son of the late Burton and the late Kathleen (Hughes) Packard. Bill was a retired commercial electrician and a member of the Presbyterian Church in Ft. Meyers, FL.
Bill is survived by: his wife: Linda (Bugg) Packard and two sons: Jon and Steve Sims, grandson that they raised, William Cecil Sims and one great grandson.
Funeral service will be held Thursday at 11:00 am at Ransdell Funeral Chapel by Josh Stine. A private burial will take place in the Kirkwood Cemetery, Salvisa. There will be no formal visitation before the service.
