Obituary of Dennis Vaught

Dennis Eugene Vaught, 54, Harrodsburg, KY, son of Dottie Vaught Bechtel, died Tuesday at his home in Harrodsburg, KY. Born July 10,1965, in Harrodsburg, to Dottie G. Vaught Bechtel and the late Elwyn "Peanut" Vaught. Dennis was a former president for the 1st Southern National Bank and was a member of the Lancaster Baptist Church.

          Dennis is survived by: a daughter: Emily Layne (Josh) Dowd of Lancaster, and one son: Jonathan Tucker (Becca) Vaught of Paint Lick, his mother: Dottie (Jim) Vaught Bechtel of Harrodsburg, one sister: Denise (Mark) Edwards of Harrodsburg, a brother; David (Vickii) Vaught of Parksville,  granddaughters, Carter Vaught and Ellie Hurley.

          Visitation will be 12 noon - 2:30 PM Sunday; October 20 at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel,  Harrodsburg. Funeral service, conducted by  Harold Best will follow at 2:30 pm.
