Linda Shewmaker Hood, 73, of Harrodsburg wife of the late Jesse “Butch” Hood died on April 8, 2020 at her home. Born in Mercer County to the late C.M. and Marie Shewmaker of Harrodsburg on May 3, 1946.
Linda was the former owner of Kentucky Souvenir Sales and a member of Harrodsburg Christian Church.
Survivors include two daughters Angela (Matt) Falcone of Lexington and Jesseca (Daniel) Mays of Harrodsburg. One brother Calvin (Betty Sue) Shewmaker, sister in law Everice Shewmaker of Harrodsburg, sister in law Jerri Lee Moody of Franklin, KY. She had four grandchildren Danielle and Megan Mays, Jake and Bella Falcone. She was preceded in death by one brother Tony Shewmaker.
Private family graveside ceremony will be held at Camp Nelson Cemetery.
