Cassie Ruth Coontz Renfro, 83, Harrodsburg, widow of Robert "Bobby" Renfro, died Sunday, April 19, 2020, at the Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center, Danville. Born October 12, 1936, in Jessamine County, she was the daughter of the late Earl and Hattie (Gullett) Stinnett. She was a retired Harrodsburg Health Care Center employee and was a member of the Pentecostal Church.
Survivors include: one daughter, Gail (Ray King) Coontz of Harrodsburg; five sons, Doodle (Karen) Coontz, Darrell Coontz, Larry (Rhonda) Coontz all of Harrodsburg, KY, Wayne (Annette) Coontz of TN and James "Buddy" (Maria) Coontz of Junction City, KY; two sisters, Lois Stinnett and Martha (Harvey) Pennington; three brothers, Gene, Richard, & Orville Stinnett; several grandchildren & great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a grandchild, and two brothers, Ernest & Marvin Stinnett.
Private graveside services will be held in Spring Hill Cemetery, Harrodsburg, KY.
Pallbearers: Kody, Landon, & Timmy Coontz, David Barrett, Timmy Cox, Daniel & Mikey Tribuzio, Zack Thompson and Justin Gable.
