Geoffry Barrett, 77, Harrodsburg, KY, died Sunday, May 24, 2020. Born October 8, 1942, in Cleveland, OH , he was the son of the late Julius and Etta Elizabeth Teter Barrett. Geoff was preceeded in death by his wife, Sheila Ann Latte Barrett. He was a retired minister and past KY State building inspector and employee of the Christian Appalachian Project.
Survivors include: one daughter: Christine Barrett of Burgin and two sons: Geoffry (Laura G) Barrett of Harrodsburg and Matthew (Laura Ann) Barrett of Stanford; one brother: Todd (Judith) Barrett of OH; he also has twelve grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his brother, Judd Barrett.
Visitation will be 5-8 pm Wednesday, May 27, 2020 at Ransdell Funeral Chapel, Harrodsburg, KY. Funeral services will be Thursday, May 28, 2020 at 11am by Lewis Walter and Carl McRay. Memorials can be made to a charity of choice.
