Elsie Tuggle, 91, Harrodsburg, widow of John P. Tuggle, died Wednesday, September 2, 2020, at her home. Born July 31, 1929, in Frogue, KY, she was the daughter of the late James Dalton and Lucy (King) Flowers. She was a homemaker and member of the Baptist Church. Survivors include: one son, Roger Tuggle, Harrodsburg; two daughters, Kathryn Tuggle, Harrodsburg, and Rose (Tom) Cloud, Cleveland, TN; three siblings, Keith (Sara) Flowers, Richmond, Randall (Kathy) Flowers, Burkesville, Stella Souleyrette, Elizabethtown; eight grandchildren, Matthew Tuggle, Rachael Murphy, Zachary Tuggle, Elizabeth Cundiff, Waylon, Cody, Gabe, and Tori Tuggle; eight great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a son, Richard Tuggle. Funeral services will be 11:30 AM, Friday, Sept. 4, 2020, at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel, by Derek Baker. Visitation will be 10:00 AM until the hour of service Friday. Burial will be 11:30 AM (CT), Friday, September 11, 2020 in Highway Cemetery, Highway 1351 Albany, KY.
