Obituary of Morris Andrew Carey

MORRIS ANDREW CAREY Morris Andrew Carey, age 77, Elmwood Drive, Lexington, husband of Onita Graham Carey, died Friday, October 29, 2004 at his home. Born February 9, 1927 in Boyle County, KY, he was the son of the late Herbert Calvin and Rosa Pulliam Carey. He was a retired employee for Nabisco and was a member of the Catholic Faith. Survivors in addition to his wife include: two daughters, Rosa C. Hicks, Lexington and Jenny Cay Carey, Lexington; one sister Carolyn C. Browning, Harrodsburg; two grandchildren Melanie Rosa Hicks and Shannon Jo Hicks and one great grandchild, Lilley Carey Hicks. He was preceded in death by a brother Samuel Carey. Private graveside funeral services will be held Sunday, October 31st in the Spring Hill Cemetery by Father Joseph Muench. Burial will be in the Spring Hill Cemetery. There will be no visitation.
