Shirley Ann Vah, 81, Harrodsburg, wife of Mike Vah, Sr., died Monday, October 19, 2020, at her home. Born November 24, 1938, in Kittanning, PA, she was the daughter of the late Matthew and Laura Mae (Wray) Barker. Shirley was a Nail Technician and was a member of the St. Andrew Catholic Church. She was loved by so many. Shirley stayed busy in her spare time by doing crafts and crocheting blankets, for all occasions, for the people she loved. Other survivors include: one son, Michael J. Vah, Jr., of Lexington; two daughters, Deborah Lynn Handy of The Netherlands, and Kimberly (John) Rider of Harrodsburg; two sisters, Mary Gress and Sandra Masirovits, both of Ohio; eleven grandchildren, Katy Vah, Whitney Veen, Chris Handy, Nichole Rider, John Rider, III, Joshua Rider, Cassidy Rios, Carrington Yates, Chris Dunn, Chanell Vah, and John Michael Vah; fourteen great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by five children, Mathew, John, Tracy, Deborah L., and Cheryl Ann Vah, and two grandchildren, Michael Kyle Vah and Nicholas Tyler Handy. A Funeral Mass will be held 11 AM, Friday, Oct. 23, 2020, at the St. Andrew Catholic Church.
