DAKOTA WHITENACK
Dakota Whitenack, 4 day old daughter of Charles Anthony and Tracey Louise Logan Whitenack, died Wednesday, November 3, 2004 at the Central Baptist Hospital in Lexington.
Survivors in addition to her parents include: her maternal grandmother, Ada Logan, Harrodsburg; her maternal grandfather John Logan, Harlan; her maternal great grandmothers, Jean Perkins, Harrodsburg and Thelma Logan, Harlan; her paternal grandmother, Mary W. Baker, Harrodsburg, and her paternal great grandmother Elizabeth Abt, Lincoln Co.
Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 am Saturday, November 6th at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel by Rev. Derek Baker. Burial will be in the Mt. Pleasant Presbyterian Church Cemetery.
Visitation will be from Saturday from 9 am until the hour of service at the chapel.
Memorial contributions are suggested to the Mt. Pleasant Presbyterian Church.
