Dorothy Rosamond Semonis, 102, Harrodsburg, KY, widow of Henry Semonis, died Tuesday, March 2, 2021, at her home. Born December 7, 1918, in Providence, RI, she was the daughter of the late Clarence Andrew and Sylvania (Powar) Boswell. She was a retired Seamstress for Cricketeer Mfg., had clerked at the Gem Drug Store, and was a member of the Eller's Memorial Baptist Church. Survivors include: two daughters, Rosanne (Darren) Sinkhorn of Junction City, KY and Dorothy Gayle Hundley of Perryville, KY; one son, Rob Semonis of TX; seven grandchildren, Kathy Cocanougher, Jackie Robinson, Kquisha Whitehouse, Stori & Gabriel Semonis, Lorrie Sims, and Jason Sims; nineteen great grandchildren and several great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son, Harold "Tuck" Whitehouse, a sister, Gladys May, two grandchildren, Jackie Lee Arnold & Brandon Sims. A visitation will be held Saturday March 13 at the Ransdell funeral Chapel with service, conducted by Pam Sims at 1 pm. Memorials are suggested to a charity of one's choice.
