Reva Gale Spalding, 73, Harrodsburg, KY, died Friday, May 14, 2021, at the Univ. of KY - Good Samaritan Hospital, Lexington. Born January 28, 1948, in Mercer County, she was the daughter of the late Kenneth and Pauline (Morris) Burns. Reva was a retired Modine employee and was a member of the Deep Creek Baptist Church.
Survivors include: her fiancée, Marshall Sims Jr. of Harrodsburg; one step daughter, Melissa Sims of FL; one step son, Brian (Stephanie) Sims of Lawrenceburg, KY; one sister, Joyce Carol (Bobby) Logue of Harrodsburg; a Sister In Law, Colleen Burns of Harrodsburg; three grandchildren, Karlie, Marshall, & Mason Sims; nephew, Travis (Melanie) Logue; niece, Angie (Kevin) Stewart; great nephew & niece, Jacob & Maggie Stewart. She was preceded in death by her brother, Donnie Burns.
Funeral services will be 1 PM, Thurs., May 20, 2021, at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel, by Bobby Logue. Burial will follow in Spring Hill Cemetery, Harrodsburg. Visitation will be 5 - 8 PM Wednesday at Ransdell Funeral Chapel.
