Kimberly Jean Herring, 59, Harrodsburg, KY, wife of Donald G. Herring, died Monday, May 24, 2021, at her home. Born September 18, 1961, in Mercer County, she was the daughter of the late Bobby Gene and Nora Jean (Underwood) Vandivier. Kim was Registered Nurse, having worked at the VA Hospital in Lexington and taught nursing for several years. She was a member of the Harrodsburg Christian Church.
Other survivors include: one brother, Darron (Ellie) Vandivier of Harrodsburg; special niece and nephew, Emily (Bobby) Vandiver and Noah Vandivier, both of Harrodsburg.
Funeral services 2 PM, Wed., May 26, 2021, at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel, Harrodsburg, by Derek Baker. Burial will follow in Burgin Memorial Garden, Burgin, KY. Visitation will be 11 AM until 2 PM, Wednesday, Ransdell Funeral Chapel.
Pallbearers: Noah Vandivier, Bobby Vandiver, Delynn Deakle, Matthew Vandivier, Carter Logue, Devin Underwood and Robert Logue. Honorary bearers: Larry & Travis Underwood and Tony Deakle.
