Martha "Marti" Curtsinger, 76, died Tuesday, May 25, 2021, in Lexington. Born October 29, 1944, in Bessemer City, NC, she was the daughter of the late T. J. and Violet (Whitley) Curtsinger. Marti was a retired Senior Pastor Assistant at Centenary Methodist Church.
Survivors include: one daughter, Donna Chrisman (Robert) Ferry of Lawrenceburg, KY; two sisters, Lana (Greg) Kessinger of Lexington, KY and Sherry (Dallas) Crawford of Glasgow, KY; a special friend, Jim Hellard of Lexington, KY; three grandchildren, Taylor (Simon) Ferry, Brittany (Matt) Newton, and Drake (Brandi) Ferry, all of Lawrenceburg, KY; four great grandchildren.
Funeral services 2 PM, Monday, May 31, 2021, at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel, by Derek Morris. Burial will follow in Spring Hill Cemetery, Harrodsburg, KY. Visitation will be 12 noon until 2 PM, Monday, Ransdell Funeral Chapel.
Pallbearers are Greg Kessinger, Drake Ferry, Matt Newton, Simon Yount, Tucker Billingsley, and Brian Wiley.
