Douglas Walter Williams, Jr., 47, husband of Jami Sanders Williams, died Tuesday, June 1, 2021, at the Frankfort Regional Medical Ctr., Frankfort, KY. Born May 11, 1974, in Jefferson County, KY, he was the son of Douglas Walter and Melissa (Mink) Williams Sr., Harrodsburg. Doug is a member of the Bethel Baptist Church.
Other survivors include: four children, Ashleigh Nicole Williams and Presley Grace Williams, both of Lawrenceburg, KY, Austin Tyler (Morgan) Williams of Cincinnati, OH, and Gage Edward Williams of Lawrenceburg, KY; two sisters, Jennifer (Rodney) Tyree and April Williams, both of Harrodsburg, KY; several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services 2 PM, Friday, June 4, 2021, at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel, by Jolene Bailey and Stephen Brogli. Burial will follow in Hopewell Baptist Cemetery, Harrodsburg, KY. Visitation will be 12 noon - 2 PM Friday, at Ransdell Funeral Chapel.
Pallbearers: Mitch Mink, Rodney Tyree, Tony Gamble, Brent Britton, Myles Grant, Gage Williams and Jerry Bailey.
Memorials are suggested to: Mercer Co. Animal Shelter or St. Judes Children's Research Hospital.
