Nancy Lillian Brown Yeager, 81, widow of William A. "Buddy" Yeager, died Wed., June 2, 2021, in Harrodsburg. Born Feb. 6, 1940, she was the daughter of the late Jessie and Georgia (Waterfill) Brown. She was a retired Beautician and member of the Kirkwood Baptist Church. Nancy had played the piano and organ at Kirkwood Baptist Church and Magnolia Street Christian Church. Survivors include: four children, Tammy (Mark) Doughty, Jimmy "Yogi" (Lisa) Yeager, Billy (Ann) Yeager, and Gary (Nancy) Yeager, all of Mercer Co., KY; twelve grandchildren and twenty-three great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a sister, Louise Woolums. Funeral services will be 1:00 PM, Sat., June 5, 2021, at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel, Harrodsburg, by Logan Hazelwood. Burial will follow in the Spring Hill Cemetery, Harrodsburg. Visitation will be 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM, Sat., Ransdell's. Pallbearers are grandsons: Derrick Doughty, Trey, Andrew, Matt, and Buddy Yeager. Memorials are suggested to the Alzheimer's Association, 225 N. Michigan Ave., Fl. 17, Chicago, IL 60601, or to the American Diabetes Association, P.O. Box 7023, Merrifield, VA 22116-7023.
