William Kyle Devine, 89, Harrodsburg, KY, husband of Shelby Jean Phillips Devine, died Thursday, June 17, 2021, at his home. Born June 16, 1932, in Mercer County, he was the son of the late Jack and Ruby (Williams) Devine. He was a retired Equipment Operator for the KY Dept of Transportation and was a member of the Fellowship Baptist Church. Survivors other than his wife include: one daughter, Jackie Bugg of Harrodsburg, KY; one son, Tim (Karen) Devine of Harrodsburg, KY; four grandchildren, Hannah & Brittney Devine, and Noah & John Austin Bugg; two great grandchildren, Bryson & Brynlee Taylor. He was preceded in death by a son, William Douglas Devine, and four sisters, Edna J. Bradley, Pauline Bugg, Frances Hill, and Alberta Bugg. Funeral services will be 2 PM, Monday, June 21, 2021, at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel by Lynn Releford. Burial will follow in Spring Hill Cemetery, Harrodsburg, KY. Visitation will be 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM Sunday at Ransdell Funeral Chapel. Pallbearers: Noah & John Austin Bugg, Ronnie Griffin, Steve Horn, Junior Sanders and Paul Tyler.
