Donald Wayne Drury, 71, Harrodsburg, husband of Penny Chi Drury, died Friday, September 3, 2021, at Heartsong Memory Care, Louisville, KY. Born February 12, 1950, in Mercer County, he was the son of the late Fred Harvey and Martha Bernice Combs Drury. Donald Wayne was an Air Force veteran of the Vietnam War.
Other survivors include: three sons: Allen (Angela Couch) Drury of Harrodsburg, Scotty Drury of Danville and Matthew Drury of Harrodsburg; two sisters: Sharon (Tommy) Bradley and Libby Drury, both of Harrodsburg and one brother: David Drury of Harrodsburg; he also has eight grandchildren and one great grandchild.
Funeral services will be Thursday, September 9, 2021 at 1pm by Chester Pabin. Burial will follow in Camp Nelson National Cemetery, Nicholasville, KY. Visitation will be 11-1pm Thursday at Ransdell Funeral Chapel, Harrodsburg.
Memorials are suggested to any charity of one’s choice.
