JoAnn Richmond, 75, sister of Theresa Westerfield, of Harrodsburg, KY, died Tuesday, September 7, 2021, at the The Willows at Harrodsburg. Born May 27, 1946, in McCreary County, she was the daughter of the late Luther and Martha (Buckner) Richmond. JoAnn retired as a bartender from Tommy’s Bar in Cincinnati.
Survivors include; her sister: Theresa Westerfield of Harrodsburg, KY; Nephews, Clay (Krystal) Westerfield, Colin (Erin) Buckner and Cassie (Taylor) Westerfield; Niece, Jessica (Stevie) Elliott; Great Nieces and Nephew; Josie Lynn & Gracie MaKay Elliott, Alexis Jane, and Evan Clay Westerfield. She was preceded in death by a brother, Mark Buckner.
Memorial graveside services will be 11 am Monday; September 20 at the Spring Hill Cemetery Pavilion.
