Fallon Grey Casey, 4 month old daughter of Jesse Casey and Katielynn Conyers, died Wed., Oct. 13, 2021 at the UK Medical Center, Lexington. Fallon was born June 10, 2021 in Cincinnati, OH.
Other survivors include: grandparents, Ernie and Rachel Conyers, Don and Lynette Casey; great grandparents, Georgia and Rodger Thacker, Phyllis Conyers, Phil and Phyllis Summers, and Don and Ann Casey; several aunts and uncles.
A time of visitation and gathering of friends and family will be held from 3 PM until 5 PM, Monday, Oct. 18, 2021, at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel, Harrodsburg.
