Obituary of Anna Lee Manning

Anna Lee Manning Anna Lee Sims Manning, age 86, of 125 Parkview Ave., Harrodsburg, widow of John B. Manning, died Thursday, December 23, 2004 at her residence. Born January 16, 1918 in Mercer Co., she was the daughter of the late Garland and Letha Poulter Sims. She was a retired C.P.A. for Deloitte, Haskins & Sells and a member of the Harrodsburg Christian Church. Survivors include: one sister, Georgia Hoover, Harrodsburg; two sisters-in-Law, Patsy Sims, Burgin and Vivian Sims, Stanford; a niece, Terry Campbell, Shelbyville; two nephews, Jeff and John Sims, both of Mercer Co. Funeral services will be 1:00 pm Friday at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel by Dr. Don Chase. Burial will be in the Spring Hill Cemetery. Pallbearers are: John Sims, Jeff Sims, Cary B. Howard, Arran Campbell, Howard Fallis, Jon Hester, and Jim Hester. Visitation will be Friday, December 24th from 8:00 am until time of service at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel Memorial contributions are suggested to the Gideon Bible Fund or to the Harrodsburg Christian Church.
