Mary June Caton Wade, 71, Harrodsburg, KY, wife of Dennis Ray Wade for 50 years, died Tuesday, November 9, 2021, at the UK Medical Center, Lexington. Born March 11, 1950, in Mercer County, she was the daughter of the late Arthur Caton Jr. and Mary Baker Caton. She was a member at Harrodsburg Baptist Church and Knitting Club. Mary June was a retired manufacturing employee having worked at Halmack and Whirlpool Manufacturing. She was also First Bass Drummer for Mercer Co. Band, and was Miss Mercer her senior year in 1968. Other survivors include: one son: Chad (Leslie) Wade of Harrodsburg; three grandchildren: Emma Wade, Kendall Denise Barnett and Wade Caton Barnett; Son In Law, Willis Barnett. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Julie Denise Barnett. Funeral services 11am Monday, November 15, 2021 by John David Lane & Larry D. Camic at Ransdell Funeral Chapel. Burial will follow in Spring Hill Cemetery, Harrodsburg. Visitation will be 4-7pm Sunday, Nov. 14, 2021 at Ransdell’s. Pallbearers: David Wade, Kenny Wade, Mark Wade, Tim Wade, Bruce Wade, Willie Turpin, Bobby Burton, Charlie Matherly, Jeff Morrison, Phillip Crump and Willis Barnett.
