Rebecca “Becky” Florian, 63, Harrodsburg, KY, wife of Jimmy D. Florian, died Wednesday, March 23, 2022, at the Ephraim McDowell James B Haggin Hospital, Harrodsburg. Born May 25, 1958, in Woodford Co., KY, she was the daughter of the late James William and Mable Pearl (Wilson) Murphy. Becky was a retired Walmart employee and was a Christian.
Other survivors include: two daughters, Sharon (Billy Sewell) Zinninger of Hebron, KY and Dixie (Derrek Mapp) Florian of Mercer Co., KY; one son, Matthew (Whitney) Florian of Danville, KY; two sisters, Martha Murphy of Versailles, KY and Ida (Elzie) Southerland of Versailles, KY; two brothers, Johnnie Murphy of Lawrenceburg, KY and Jimmie (Betty) Murphy of Georgetown, KY; thirteen grandchildren and one great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by five siblings, Sammy Murphy, Ruby Smith, Elsie Florian, Ethel Lawson, and Norma Kincaid.
Services will be 6 PM, Monday, March 28, 2022, at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel, Harrodsburg, KY, by George Hunter. Visitation will be 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM Monday at Ransdell Funeral Chapel.
