River Lawrence Garrison, the infant son of Kayla Johnson and Douglas Garrison was born and died Sunday; May 1, 2022 at the Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center in Danville.
In addition to his parents, River is survived by a sister, Paisley Grace Johnson and two brothers, Douglas Gavin and Hayden Paul Garrison; grandparents, Caroline (Jeremy) Farthing, Jamie Tatum, Scott and Keawanna Garrison; great grandparents, Carolyn (Johnny) Thornton, Nancy (Roy) Hurst and great great grandfather Gary (Anne) Farthing; aunts and uncles, Jamison Anne Lawrence Tatum, Will (Hannah) Farthing, Andrew Garrison; great aunts and uncles, Anne Marie (Mike) Estes, Stacy (Bob) Blacketer, Cari (Scott) Farthing, Bobbie Steinhauer and Crystal (Michael) Logue.
River was preceded in death by Johnny Lawrence Thornton, Delmer Glenn Dick and Velma Susan Moorefield. Private graveside services were held in the Spring Hill Cemetery.
