Obituary of Betty Tribble

Betty Tribble, 92, Salvisa, KY, wife of Bush Lewis Tribble, Jr., died Sunday, September 4, 2022, at Ephraim McDowell James B Haggin Hospital. Born January 12, 1930, in Harrodsburg, KY, she was the daughter of the late Lapsley and Deana Mae (Schuck) Bunton. She was a retired Corning Inc. Inspector and a member of the Salvisa Methodist Church. Betty was a lifelong farmer and attended Mt. Pleasant Church in recent years. Other survivors include: three sons, Tony (Theresa) Tribble, Richmond, Tommy (Rhonda) Tribble, Salvisa, and Jeff Tribble, Harrodsburg; one daughter, Lou Anne (Daniel) Readnower, Harrodsburg; fourteen grandchildren; fourteen great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a daughter-in-law, Amy Neal Tribble, and two sisters, Dorothy Darnell and Juanita Gray. Funeral services will be 1:00 pm, Friday, September 9, 2022, at Mt. Pleasant Church by Derek Baker, Thomas Tribble, and Ricky Catlett. Burial will follow in Spring Hill Cemetery, Harrodsburg, KY. Visitation will be from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm, Thursday, Mt. Pleasant Church. Pallbearers: Adam, Josh, Jacob, Thomas, & Collin Tribble, Matthew, Luke, & Zack Readnower. Honorary bearers: Samantha, Sara, Mara, & Olivia Tribble, Leslie Decker, & Lauren Spigle.
