Donald Oneal Tyler Jr., 69, of Salvisa, KY, widower of Vicki Shifflett Tyler, died Monday, October 3, 2022, at the Frankfort Regional Medical Center. Born April 11, 1953, in Owenton, KY, he was the son of the late Donald Tyler Sr. and Betty (Brock) Tyler. He was a self employed brick mason and a member of the Clay Lick Baptist Church. Survivors include: two sons, Jason Tyler and David Tyler; daughter, Angela Tyler all of Salvisa, KY; two sisters, Linda (Bobby) Hardin of Salvisa, and Donna (Ernie) Bostic of Lawrenceburg; four grandchildren, Tristen Tyler, Jackson Tyler, Jaselynn Tyler and Lyndsey Tyler. Funeral Ceremony will be 2:00 pm, Friday, October 7, 2022, at Ransdell Funeral Chapel, by Johnny Hockersmith and David Green. Burial will follow in the Kirkwood Cemetery, Salvisa, KY. Visitation will be from 5:00 - 8:00 pm, Thursday, Ransdell Funeral Chapel. Pallbearers are: Chad Moore, Eric Moore, Allan Adams, Brian Lay, Benny Short, Daniel Stumph, Ricky Soard and Matt McGrath. Honorary Bearers are his grandchildren; Tristen Tyler, Jackson Tyler, Jaselynn Tyler and Lyndsey Tyler. Memorial donations are suggested to assist the family with expenses.
