Donna Jean Chapman age 75 of Harrodsburg died on October 4, 2022, in Louisville, KY.
She was born on July 25, 1947 in Freeburn, KY, to the late Robert and Hattie (Mounts) Chapman. She was a retired employee of the St. Mary's Hospital, Huntington, WV.
Donna is survived by: three sisters, Carolyn (Milford) Compton, Harrodsburg, Bonnie (Sidney) Chapman, Freeburn, KY, and Christine Justice Chapman, FL; her four-legged friends, Pearl and Ruby; several nieces & nephews. She was preceded in death by her longtime companion, Laura Ann Hill.
Funeral services will be held on Sat., October 8, 2022, 10:30 am at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel, Inc., with Donnie Irvin officiating. Burial will follow on her family farm.
Visitation is 5 PM - 7 PM, Friday, Oct.7, 2022, Ransdell's.
