Obituary of Phyllis Wilson

Phyllis Ann Freeman Wilson, 79,was reunited with her late husband, Jerry Lewis Wilson and Jesus on October 18, 2022. She was born on January 22, 1943 in Harrodsburg, KY to the late James and Anna Lee Freeman. For such a little lady, she made an incredible impression on the lives she touched. Everyone that knew her fell in love with her quirky sense of humor, extremely vibrant and independent spirit and her fierce determination. She enjoyed beaching, gardening, floral arranging, walking, shopping, golfing and playing cards. She was her happiest spending time with the people she loved – her family and friends, sharing stories and laughs together. Phyllis is survived by her four children – Lee (Gwen) Wilson, Heather (Daniel) Wessling and Beau Wilson, all of Harrodsburg, KY, Kristi (Scott) Tyldesley of Harwich, MA; twelve grandchildren – Clay (Brenna) Wilson, Chelsey Wilson, Kacy Wornall, Grady and Laney Wilson, Tatum, Paige, and Kobie Wessling, Conner and Abbey Tyldesley, Mallory and Molly Wilson, six great-grandchildren – McKinley Stagner, Ella Wilson, Tyler Stagner, Merritt and Hayes Wornall, Macy van den Berg and her special cat, Little Britches.She is also survived by her sister, Shirley Tierney, and brothers Jim (Ali) Freeman and Keith (Kim) Freeman.She was preceded in death by her great-grandson, Townes Wornall. A Celebration of Life will be held Monday, October 24, 2022, with visitation from 1:00pm-4:00pm, immediately followed by a Memorial Service. All events will be held at The Show Barn at Daynabrook (formerly Anderson Circle Farm), 2565 Louisville Road, Harrodsburg, KY 40330.
