Obituary of James Edmond Demaree

James Edmond “Jimmy” Demaree, 62, died Monday, Oct. 31, 2022, in Campbellsville, KY. Born Dec. 1, 1959, in Danville, KY, he was the son of the late Hilton Jewell and Billie Jo (Ralston) Demaree. He was a former ATR and Butternut Bread employee and member of the Pioneer Baptist Church, was a former Mercer County School Board Member.
Survivors include: a son, James David Demaree; a sister, Sharon (Gary) Clark, Paint Lick, KY; two grandchildren, Sydney Demaree and Cameron Parker; two nieces, Kimberly Day and Kathy Daniels. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Heather Demaree.
Funeral services1 PM, Friday, at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel by Chuck Robinson. Burial in Spring Hill Cemetery, Harrodsburg. Visitation will be Friday, 11 AM until 1 PM, Ransdell’s.
Donations are suggested to a charity of one’s choice.
