HARVEY SEGAL

Harvey Segal, age 64, Rose Hill Lane, Harrodsburg, husband of Melissa Gail Curtsinger Segal died Sunday, February 6, 2005 at the St. Joseph Hospital in Lexington.

Born July 3, 1940 in Brooklyn, New York, he was the son of the late Joseph and Ruth Segal. He was a security guard for Allied Security, a member of the Typographical Union # 6 and a reformed member of the Jewish faith.

Survivors other than his wife include: two step-sons, Michael Curtsinger, Nicholasville and Jeffery Sears, Lexington; two daughters, Stacy Brickel and Amy Segal both of Long Island, New York and five grandchildren

Graveside services will be conducted 1:00 pm Wednesday, February 9th at the Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery with Rabbi David Sogin. Burial will be in the Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery.

Pallbearers are: Keith Champion, Michael Curtsinger, Jason Curtsinger, Jeff Byrd and Adam Champion.

Visitation will be Tuesday, February 8th from 5 until 8 pm and prior to the service Wednesday at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel.

Memorial contributions are suggested to the American Heart Association.
