Obituary of Ashton Dixon

Ashton Craig Dixon, 18, Harrodsburg, KY, died Wednesday, May 17, 2023. Born June 23, 2004, in Danville, KY, he was the son of April (Warner) Dixon, Harrodsburg, and Bobby (Sarah) Dixon, Harrodsburg. Ashton had just completed his first year of Pre-engineering at the Univ. of Kentucky, and he was a member of Cornishville Baptist Church. Survivors other than his parents include: two sisters, Taylor (Aaron) Chilton and Lacey Brooke Dixon, Harrodsburg, KY; half brother, Kannon Dixon, Harrodsburg, KY; three step siblings, Daleigh and Jett Vanwinkle, and Ryder Yeager, Harrodsburg, KY a niece, Brilynn Chilton; grandparents, Johnny & Sherry Warner and Robert Craig, Harrodsburg, KY; great grandmother, Helen King, Harrodsburg, KY; step grandmother, Vicky Warner, Harrodsburg, KY. He was preceded in death by a grandmother, Pamela Hammon. Funeral services will be 1 PM, Monday, May 22, 2023, at the Harrodsburg Baptist Church by Mark King. Burial will follow in Spring Hill Cemetery, Harrodsburg, KY. Visitation will be 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM Sunday at Harrodsburg Baptist Church, Harrodsburg, KY. Pallbearers are: Mason Brown, Jayden Bowman, Nicolas Brandenburg, Taylor Booth, Nathan Vitittow, and David Lynn. Honorary bearers are: Aaron Chilton, John Martin Warner, Spencer Warner, William Carr, Andrew Carr, Ryder Yeager, Jett Vanwinkle, and Ayden Warner.
