Dorothy “Eloise” Bell, widow of Kenneth, 85, Harrodsburg, KY, died Friday, May 19, 2023, at the Willows at Hamburg in Lexington. Born August 18, 1937, in Mercer County, she was the daughter of the late Lillian (Baker) Paggett and Walter VanArsdall. Elouise retired as a housekeeper for Beaumont Inn and was a member of Hopewell Baptist Church, 1545 Talmage-Mayo Road, Harrodsburg, KY 40330.
Elouise is survived by: two sons: Guy Allan Bell of Harrodsburg, KY and Jerry Wayne Bell of Loretta, KY; one sister: Carol Vinyard of Harrodsburg, KY four grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
Graveside services 1:00 PM Tuesday; May 23, 2023 at the Spring Hill Cemetery Pavilion by Doug Wesley. Burial will follow in Spring Hill Cemetery, Harrodsburg, KY.
