One of my first and fondest memories of my cousin Nancy was when I was in 1st grade at the old Lancaster school. I started 1st grade when I was 5 years old and did not like it to put it mildly. Nancy was a senior that year. For some reason my Mother wasn't going to be home one afternoon to meet the bus when school let out. So she had Nancy and Barbara Powell pick me up when school let out. From school they took me to the after school hang out in town called the The Milk Bar where the kids met for shakes, ice cream and such. Made me feel like I was something special! From that point on that year I always felt Nancy had my back if I was having a bad day. Another thing I loved about Nancy was her laugh. It just made you feel good when she laughed. Thanks for all the wonderful memories. Don Bailey
