Brian A. Lewis, 51, Salvisa, KY, husband of Cretia Hazelwood Lewis, died Thursday, July 13, 2023, at the UK Medical Center, Lexington, KY. Born May 16, 1972, in Mercer County, KY, he was the son of the late Bobby and Barbara (Stratton) Lewis. He was a retired shipping coordinator for General Cable, Lawrenceburg, KY, owned Simple Fix, and was a member of The Carpenter’s Christian Church. Brian enjoyed his family time, woodworking and riding side-by-sides.
Survivors in addition to his wife Cretia, include: two sons, Hunter (Jadelyn) Lewis and Ethan (Ally) Lewis, of Mercer County; a grandson, Judson Lewis; father -in-law and mother-in-law, Charles and Beth Hazelwood, Mercer Co..
A Memorial Gathering will be held beginning at 5:00 PM, Monday, July 17, 2023, at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel, Harrodsburg, KY.
Memorial donations are suggested to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis TN 38105-9959.
