Ralph E. Devine,, Sr., 69, Burgin, KY, died Friday, August 4, 2023, at the Ephraim McDowell James B Haggin Hospital, Harrodsburg. Born July 12, 1954, in Mercer County, KY, he was the son of the late Elza and Jessie (Pittman) Devine. He was a retired Painter for Lewis Carey Painting.
Survivors include: one son, Ralph E. Devine Jr. of Harrodsburg, KY; A sister, Violet (Lewis) Carey of Burgin; Sister in law; Pat Devine of Danville and several nieces & nephews. He was preceded in death by five siblings, Bobby, Billy, Mary, Mamie, & Hazel.
Funeral services 2:00 PM, Wed., Aug. 9, 2023, at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel by Larry Holbrook. Burial with Military Honors will follow in Burgin Memorial Garden, Harrodsburg, KY. Visitation will be 12:00 Noon until the hour of service Wednesday at Ransdell Funeral Chapel.
Pallbearers are Bobby and Johnny Devine, Tyler Byrd Devine, Robert and Bradley Grimsley, and Tom Carey.
