Obituary of Shirley A. Mayes

Shirley A. Mayes, 78, Harrodsburg, KY, died Saturday, August 26, 2023, at home. Born December 9, 1944, in Mercer County, she was the daughter of the late Reed and Stella (Smith) Phillips. Shirley was a retired Inspector for Cricketeer Clothing Manufacturing, and was a member of the Deep Creek Baptist Church. Survivors include: three daughters: Danna McGinnis of Hustonville, Lisa (Darryl) Lake of Stanford and Wendy (Jason) Bradshaw of Boyle County; one son: Wesley (Hope) Mayes of Harrisburg, PA; one sister: Barbara (Donald) Sanders and one brother: I.C. (Janice) Phillips both of Harrodsburg; Eleven Grandchildren: Aaron Bottoms, Emily Baca, Amanda Lay, Zachary Carrico, Dalton Carricco, Peyton Carricco, Noah Mayes, Caleb Mayes, Grace Mayes, Chase Bradshaw and Kaitlyn Moore.
