Obituary of Michele D. Burns

Michele “Mickey” Burns, 65, Harrodsburg, KY, died Tuesday, October 17, 2023, at her home. Born January 13, 1958, in Miami, FL, she was the daughter of the late Peter Jack DeGiovanni and Marion May Lemlin. She was a retired Thoroughbred Horse Groomer and attended the Southside Christian Church. Survivors include: one daughter, Jeanette Michele "Jen" Burns of Harrodsburg, KY; one son, Anthony Michael 'Tony" Burns of Harrodsburg, KY; one sister, Danielle Marie DeGiovanni; Grandchildren, Makayla Faith Burns, Christopher Anthony Burns, Alexander Reed Burns, and Audrey Grace Burns; special companion, William Roy Robinson; Brothers, Peter Joseph, Michael Joseph, & Paul Mitchell DeGiovanni; Father of her Children, Kenneth H. Burns. She was preceded in death by a son, Jason Paul Burns, and a sister, Lanette Marie DeGiovanni A Memorial Gathering will be held Saturday at the home of her daughter.
