Obituary of Fred Curry Huffman

Fred Curry Huffman, 46, Harrodsburg, KY, husband of Brittany Shelby Huffman, died Sunday, October 22, 2023, at the University of Kentucky Medical Center in Lexington. Born November 1, 1976, in Mercer County, he was the son of the late Thomas Danny and Myrgle (Deshazer) Huffman. Fred was the owner and operator of Huffman’s Detail and Auto Body Shop and was a member of Benton Baptist Church. Survivors include: two daughters: Haleigh Huffman and Kelsey Huffman, two step-children; Brandy Benham and Tyler Benham; soon to arrive Granddaughter, Kinley Goodlett, a brother: Dan Huffman, Nephew: John Huffman and a Great Niece: Leanna Huffman. Visitation will be 4-7pm Wednesday; October 25, at Ransdell Funeral Chapel, Harrodsburg, KY and will lead up to a Memorial Service conducted by Derek Baker at 7PM. Private burial will take place in the Spring Hill Cemetery. Expressions of sympathy may be sent to the family at www.ransdellfuneralchapel.com.
