Shirley Wagner, age 76, widower of Michael Norbert Wagner, of Danville KY, died Thursday, February 15, 2024 at home. Shirley was born October 13, 1947 in Pineville, KY. She is the daughter of the late Hubert and Colleen (McCann) Jackson. She was employed by General Electric as a machine operator. Shirley was a devout Christian believer who loved her flowers and dog.
She is survived by one daughter: Katrina (Christopher) Lynn Chilton of Harrodsburg, KY and one son: Michael Steven Wagner of Georgetown, KY; Three sisters: Carol Stanley of Georgetown, KY, Della Poreboki of IL and Patricia Horelka of IL; Three brothers: Harvey Wilson of IL, Glen Wilson of WI and Larry Jackson of IL. Seven Grandchildren and Five Great Grandchildren. Shirley was predeceased in death by her Sister, Norma Erwin.
The funeral will be held at 2pm, Saturday, February 17, 2024, at Ransdell Funeral Chapel, 345 E Lexington Street, Harrodsburg, KY with Terry Morrison officiating. Burial will follow at Spring Hill Cemetery, Harrodsburg KY. Visitation will be Saturday February 17, 2024 from 12pm-2pm.
Pallbearers: Michael Wagner, Daniel Stevens, Eric Stevens, Jacob Wagner, Jarrod Wagner and Hunter Patterson.
