Jane Y. Miller
Jane Y. Miller, age 70, Harrodsburg, widow of Joe Miller, died Thursday, March 30, 2005 at the Ephriam McDowell Regional Medical Center, Danville, KY.
Born June 8, 1934 in Wheelwright, KY, she was the daughter of the late Arthur G. and Madge (Amburgey) Perkins. She was a retired teacher with the Mansfield, Ohio Schools and a member of the Baptist Church.
Survivors include: one son: Joe William (Regina) Miller of Dayton, OH; one sister: Phyllis Mills of Charlotte, NC; and one brother: William C. Perkins of Hindman, KY; Twelve Nieces & Nephews, She was predeceased in death by a brother; Arthur Gordon Perkins, and a sister; Imogene Streleski.
Funeral services will be conducted 10:00 AM, Saturday, April 2 at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel by Dr. Robert DeFoor with burial to follow in the Spring Hill Cemetery, Harrodsburg.
Pallbearers are: J.B. Reed, Him Hogue, Joe Blankenship, Jeffery Blankenship, Allen Monroe, Ed Hudson and Dale Shellhammer.
Visitation will be Friday, April 1 from after 5:00 PM at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel, Harrodsburg, KY with and Order of the Eastern Star Service at 7PM.
