Tommy Phillips, 64, Harrodsburg, KY, husband of Emilie(Heckman) Phillips, died Sunday, May 26, 2024, at the Ephraim McDowell James Haggin Memorial Hospital in Harrodsburg. Born October 26, 1959, in Lincoln County, KY, he was the son of Veneda (Caudill) Phillips and the late Ernest Roy Phillips. He was a member of the Brothers Code Motorcycle Club and enjoyed spending time with his family. Tommy has had many different jobs throughout his life; it would be too hard to just name one specific one. He was the true definition of “Jack of all Trades”. Survivors include: one daughter: Janelle (Mark) Thomas; one son: Eric (Elizabeth) Darland; his mother Vendeda (Caudill) Phillips; two sisters: Diane Fields and Delores Spaulding; two brothers, Greg & Wayne Phillips; eight grandchildren, Mason (Caroline) Darland, Chance (Jayla) Darland Wiley, Erin Darland, Lillian (Jalen) Thomas, Kaleb Darland, Cassie Darland, Megan Darland, and Emma Thomas; one great grandchild, Aurora Darland and Walker soon to follow. He is preceded in death by his brother Larry Phillips. A gathering of family and friends will be held at 218 Pleasant Hill Drive, Harrodsburg KY, 40330 on Saturday June 15, 2024. This will start at 1pm and will be a all day event. Memorials are suggested to Tunnels to Towers Foundation, 2361 Hylan Boulevard, Staten Island, NY 10306.
