Fred Austin Bee, Jr., age 57, of Harrodsburg, husband of Jennifer Stratton Bee, died Saturday, June 1, 2024 at the Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center of Danville, KY. Born November 18, 1966 in St. Petersburg, FL, he was the son of Theo (Sammis) Bee, Franklin, TN, and the late Fred A. Bee. He was the Manager of Harrodsburg Tire & Automotive and was a member of the New Covenant Fellowship, Salvisa, KY. Austin loved being a Pappaw to his grandkids and spending time with family and his dog Copper. He enjoyed woodworking, fishing, painting, and crafts. Survivors other than his wife and mother include: two daughters, Jessica Danielle Bee of Harrodsburg, KY and Emily (Kaleb) Bee Johnson of Lawrenceburg, KY; one son, Aaron Patrick (Casey) Bee of Berea, KY; four sisters, Ellen (Flo) Morlote of Harrodsburg, KY, Sarah (Todd) Yann of Franklin, TN, Molly (Jair) Britto of Franklin, TN and Amanda (Brad) Underwood of Franklin, TN; four grandchildren, Jane Heidi Porter, Oaklyn Everleigh Bee, Joseph Walker Johnson, and James Reed Johnson. Funeral services will be held 7:00 pm, Wednesday, June 5, 2024, at Ransdell Funeral Chapel, 345 E. Lexington St., Harrodsburg, KY, with Joel Odell officiating. Visitation will be Wednesday, June 5th from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM, Ransdell Funeral Chapel. Memorials are suggested to the New Covenant Fellowship, 1325 Cummins Ferry Rd., Salvisa, KY 40372, or to Gideons International, P.O. Box 176, Harrodsburg, KY 40330.
