Patricia Darlene (Pinkston) Lawson, age 80, wife of Donnie L. Lawson, of Harrodsburg, died Wednesday, January 1, 2025 at University of Kentucky Medical Center in Lexington, KY. Born September 13, 1944 in Springfield, KY, to the late Henry Hirschell and Lorraine (Darland) Pinkston.

Patricia was a lifetime homemaker and a member of Deep Creek Baptist Church in Harrodsburg KY where she was an avid pianist. Playing the piano for any occasion was her passion. She enjoyed spending time with her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren as well as special times spent with siblings and extended family.

She is survived by her husband: Donnie Lawson; Two sons: Marty (Lori) Lawson of Harrodsburg, KY and Jerry Lawson of Mooreland KY, Two sisters: Anna Bandy and Bonnie Tingle, both of Harrodsburg, KY, Three brothers: Tony (Linda) Pinkston of Harrodsburg, KY, Vance (Wanda) Pinkston of FL and Donnie (Phyllis) Pinkston of Harrodsburg, KY; seven grandchildren; Megan Brooks, Chelsi (Kyle) Brogle, Elijah "EJ" Lawson, Lauren (Jacob) Ritter, Caleb (Braden) Lawson, Layne (Adriana) Wesley, Jacob (Megan) Wesley, thirteen great grandchildren: Kaylee Gregory, Roman Ritter, Joel Ritter, Andrew Ritter, Baby Girl Ritter, Hayden Lawson, Jack Brogle, Ottie Brogle, Bowen "Bo" Brogle, Lucas Wesley, Branson Wesley, Wyatt Wesley and Memphis Wesley.

She is preceded in death by her Brother, Tommy Dean Pinkston, and Brother, Freddy Pinkston.

The funeral will be held at 2pm Sunday January 5, 2025 at Ransdell Funeral Chapel, 345 E. Lexington Street, Harrodsburg, KY with Justin Johnson and Nelson Reynolds officiating. Visitation will be Sunday January 5, 2025 from 11am-2pm at Ransdell Funeral Chapel.

A Private Burial will take place at a later date in Deep Creek Cemetery, Harrodsburg, KY.

Pallbearers: Tyler Pinkston, Troy Pinkston, Michael Sanford, Stevie Elliott, Caleb Lawson & EJ Lawson. Honorary Pallbearers: Lisa Pinkston, Jody (Pinkston) Case, Nikki (Tingle) Abrams and Kelly (Tingle) Cooper.
