Marjorie McRay McCall, age 85, of Lawrenceburg died Saturday, January 4, 2025 at Danville Center for Health & Rehab. Born October 13, 1939 in Harrodsburg, KY, she was the daughter of the late Cassius and Mary Catherine (Thompson) McRay. Marjorie was a retired Nanny and was a member of the Baptist Church. She is survived by one daughter, Pennie Black of Lawrenceburg, KY; one son, Jeffery Robinson; one sister, Anna Lee Watkins of Colorado Springs, CO; two brothers, Earl & Norman McRay, Mercer Co., KY; four grandchildren, Keerstin Black, Jewel Toll, Brandie Pontrich, and Jeffery Robinson II; four great grandchildren, Kris Williams, Jessalynn Pontrich, Seth Pontrich, and Jeffery Robinson III. She was preceded in death by a brother, William Loyd McRay. Funeral services will be1:00 PM, Wednesday, January 8, 2025, at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel, 345 E. Lexington St., Harrodsburg, KY, by Doug Wesley. Burial will be at a later time in Kirkwood Cemetery, Salvisa, KY. Visitation will be Wednesday, January 8th, from 11AM until 1 PM, Ransdell Funeral Chapel.
