Tim, it is sad to hear of the loss G. T. He and I had several pleasant conversations even after different life paths following being schoolmates at Burgin School. He had a way of giving a feeling of good will after each of these conversations. You are one of G. T.'s best accomplishments. May God bless you and family.

I worked with George for 10 yrs at the U.S. Army Materiel Readiness Support Activity. He was my supervisor for most of those years and I could always turn to him for guidance and direction. We traveled to Germany together to visit Army Oil Analysis laboratories and my chocolate addiction almost got me run over as I crossed a street to buy German chocolates! George never let me forget it! He told that story...with great embellishment....more times than I can remember! I knew both Dolores and Wilma, women who have contributed joy to George's life, and I'm so glad he had them. He deserved the best!
My heart is full of good memories of George and Dolores. My love goes out to each of their children, grands and great-grands, as well as in-laws and everyone who loved (and still love) George. And, I thank God for bringing our lives together.

We are so sorry to hear of GTs passing. He was a great man. He always kept me updated how Gary was doing during the races. I enjoyed his posts on Facebook especially his garden. He will be missed by many. Sorry we will not be able to attend his visitation as we are out of town. Sending our love and prayers for the entire family. Love Gary & Nancy Yeager

G. T. was a special man and a friend of my deceased husband and I for many years. I met him at Herrington Lake when he was married to Delores Freeman. We spent many Friday nights playing cards with him and Delores. We also had many good tales of fishing at Herrington Lake. I will miss you G. T. and when you get to heaven, you and my husband David can meet up and swap those many fishing tales. Will miss you, but know that you will be with God, friends and relatives greeting you at heaven's door.
