Elizabeth D. Burgin, age 91, 830 Noel Ave., Harrodsburg, died Saturday, June 4, 2005 at her home.
Born October 19, 1913 in Mercer County, KY, she was the daughter of the late Hugh and Dorothy (Cummins) Dennis and the widow of Truman Elwood Burgin. She was a Homemaker and a member of the Harrodsburg Baptist Church, where she taught the five year old Sunday School Class for many years.
Survivors include: one son; Joseph E. Burgin of Harrodsburg, KY; ; Grandson, Ross Burgin of Lexington, KY; Granddaughter, LuShannon Hawes of Louisville, KY; Great Grandchild, Madison Hawes. She was predeceased by two brothers: Charles and T. C. Dennis.
Funeral services will be held 2;30 PM Tuesday at Ransdell Funeral Chapel by Dr. Robert DeFoor. Burial will be in the Spring Hill Cemetery, Harrodsburg.
Pallbearers are: Bobby Christerson, Thomas Christerson, Jeff Hawes, Van Wiley, Paul Cummins, Roger Snow.
Visitation will be Monday, June 6 from 6 - 8:30 PM. and Tuesday prior to Service at Ransdell Funeral Chapel
